im at the art institute of philadelphia now. been here since late september. its great im really enjoying it. my classes are pretty cool. i have to take the basic stuff like drawing and color theory, but my favorite class is view camera. we get to use 4x5 large format cameras. my grandfather, who was a professional commercial photographer for the last billion years until this last january sent me his cambo legacy. so now ihave my own 4x5. its amazing what you can do with it. the detail in the pictures is amazing. it also is such a relief to get back in the darkroom. its been far toooooo long.
thursday night i skipped my "basics of photoshop class" to go to my first show at the first unitarean church for a These Arms Are Snakes show. took over 300 pictures. still going through them. bands include:
The Young Widows
The Mouth of the Architect
French Toast
These Arms Are Snakes
ive only gone through the first two bands so far. the rest will be up in the near future. thanks guys and gals.

I really like your live band photos - they have a quality that me and my craptacular cameras could never reproduce.
